Today’s blended learning is a cocktail of ice, water, and seltzer water – all variations on a theme, the theme of top-down learning. We’re blending delivery models, but not the learning paradigm. The new blended learning mixes formal learning with collaborative and social learning, internal learning with training for the extended enterprise.”
